Sales Full-Time Remote (US)

Sales Representative — SaaS / PropTech

We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to help HOAware grow. You'll be the first point of contact for property management companies, HOA boards, and community managers exploring our platform. If you love building relationships, solving problems, and closing deals in a fast-paced startup—this role is for you.

What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for HOAs and property management companies
Conduct product demos tailored to each prospect's community needs
Build and manage a pipeline using CRM tools (we use GHL)
Develop relationships with HOA board members, community managers, and property management firms
Collaborate with marketing on outreach campaigns, webinars, and industry events
Provide market feedback to shape product development and positioning
What We're Looking For
2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (PropTech or real estate a plus)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with HOA/property management industry is a strong plus
Startup mentality: scrappy, resourceful, and excited about building something new
